Great price for product. Easy to order online. Only drawback was that my order arrived one day late than the specified time according to tracking information. ...

Overall good service. Quit expensive delivery charge for a small item....

I googled this item and saw your website came up saying £25.91 door to door. When I ordered the item I noticed you added VAT. It said free delivery. Now I get an email saying I owe £7.95 Delivery VAT. I believe this is misinterpretation. I have never ordered an item anywhere before where delivery charge does not come up at the time of ordering and then told later I owe for delivery. Unless I can get this item for Free Deliveyr please cancel my order.

Good evening, I indicate you that you sent me the bad outside temperature sensor, you delivered the outside F42010971-001 probe while I commanded N T7043B.
So I return it to you and ask you to pay off it to me or to transmit me the ordered article copy of which you will find in the return of the parcel
Thank you for your understanding...
