Parts & spares excellent range. Delivery options need to be tightned up. Had to chase part which had been delivered to depot but not delivered to me. A new order had to be made. For the customer advise them how it will be delivered, post ,local depot, direct from supplier and estemated day of delivery. This I think would be a way to improve your service.

The price and service were good, though the dealy from placing the order to delivery was rather long (several weeks). In practice it didn't matter in this case, but normally I woudl not have wanted to wait so long.

Only issue was the delivery time.....actually arrived this morning, but that was after I had chased you a couple of times and we were told it would be delivered Monday, and then yesterday late p.m. Would rather know if things are going to be delayed.

Excellent service from start to finish. When I phoned with an initial query it was dealt with very promptly and I was kept informed of the delivery date throughout the whole process. Delivery arrived exactly when I was told it would. Thank you very much.

Very good service. My only suggestion would be to give some idea of delivery time - even just morning or afternoon would be a help.
