Order process - spot on, very helpful lady at the 'my tub' end made the initial purchase very simple
Order delivery - complete disaster, I rang 'my tub' to enquire after the delivery as the confirmed delivery date had been missed. Jeanette was surprosed to hear this as you had confirmation of signed delivery.
I followed through with a call to the Kettering Plumb centre who also said it had been delivered - all very good but it had been delivered to the wrong address !
The plumb centre driver had delivered the item to Kettering hospital , obtained a signature and closed the job down. If I had not placed an enquiry call the whole thing would have been left as a complete purchase/delivery

After a mammoth search starting with Bristan for a 5inch Shower Rose Chrome Plated and visiting a number of websites I finally came lucky with MyTub who promptly confirmed it was in stock and so placed an order. The price and service i received from MyTub was mostly very acceptable, the only concern was knowing a definite delivery date sooner and perhaps a slightly quicker delivery would have been good.

Order delivered on day stated but felt that it took far too long. Would have liked to receive it in a couple of days not weeks. But we are happy with product.

Goods were a good price and delivery was on the forecast date of 5 working days. Unfortunately I was out! but delivery was rearranged for 2 days later and goods arrived by 10:00 on that day.
