Good service and prices. Ordered heated mirrors and a shower screen. Delivery slightly delayed, initially notified of this. Then had to email to find out if order had arrived at depot. It had, but depot glasgow did not have a van going out to Stirling. To get the goods to me depot sent some one out in their own car to ensure I had the goods in time for my bathrooms refit. Goods arrived in perfect condition. Was very pleased.

I ordered 2 Merrychef oven protectors. One of them arrived having leaked and dried chemicals on outside of the bottle. They were both filthy dirty too. However I contacted My Tub about the half empty bottle and, once back in stock, sent me a replacement with no argument. I wasnt impressed with the initial delivery and it had been dumped down quite quickly before it could be checked, however, I was pleased with the customer service response so will continue to use My Tub

Thank you for your delivery which arrived on Thursday 21st February. It was a very efficient service when it came through. However I found your information confusing as the picture shown was what I wanted but I ordered the wrong item because it was the first on the list because I had spoken to an efficient operator , Christine,she corrected the mistake. My order was completed in good time, the website was easy to navigate and I was kept informed all the way through from order, dispatch and estimated delivery. My only comment would be that the items were just in a clear bag, and not boxed, which considering it contained some fairly delicate filters, this surprised me somewhat. But despite this, my order arrived safely. Very happy. Thanks.
