Expensive delivery for speed

Hi,
Order arrived quickly and on date given for delivery. No damage in transit, all good. Now installed and working. Thank you for the excellent service.

Took 3 weeks to deliver. To be fair, communications were good, but for an online seller claiming that items were in stock and delivery in 2-3 days, the overall service was pretty poor. Under the circumstances, i would have expected more of an apology or discount off next order - otherwise i might as well go to my local plumbing centre next time.

My goods were not delivered the day confirmed and only delivered the next day after chasing. The staff at My Tub were very polite and curtious.

Order was placed two weeks ago. Never heard a word. Emailed to find out
what was happening. Recieved "notification of update to order status". Log
in to find it will be another two weeks. No explanation or apology. How do
I know if it will not change again? They are drinking fountain parts for a
kids school and are needed ASAP.
