My radiator was due for delivery on the 30th, which it did not make. I was informed it would arrive the next day, which it did. In this instance the item had a long lead time for delivery which I accepted, maybe it would have been possible to inform me a two or three days before its new delivery date rather than the day before.

Three weeks is a long time to wait, however communication was excellent helpful and responsive. We are happy with the product.

Impressed by price and speed of processing order.
An image would have been useful as even though I got the product no from another web site with image am not 100% certain that this is the correct item due to the difference in prices.

First class helpful service. I was looking for a part that may companies had said was obsolete, however MyTub, quickly sourced one and dispatched it. From order to delivery, very smooth, simple and straight forward transaction, would highly recommend. Ordered one day, delivered the next working day. Exactly as described as no picture of item available, fits perfectly and superb, courteous service from all staff involved. I put this down to good old Northern common sense. Well done My Tub and thank you.

Turned up on the date stated, it was the correct part which was fitted as per the video. The job was a good one and cheaper than other sites.
My first port of call if I need something similar.
