Im not one of those "Oh it was wondeful darling" types but I have to say that myTub was really impressive.
- Good prices
- Clear delivery dates that you can confirm before ordering
- Super-speedy response to any queries.
So - everything was great: thanks.

Order received early on the promised date. The toilet bowl was in perfect condition but, rather trivially, the connector bend was covered in black, sticky grains which were quite hard to remove. Took much washing and scrubbing to clean it, but otherwise it was functionally fine.
Found the whole process, from finding what I wanted on the website, to phoning up to clarify some details, through to receipt of goods, to be very straightforward and efficient. Will use Mytub as the first port of call for future purchases.
The delivery man was a real comedian, in the true sense of the word. On a par with Tim Vine for one-liners. Put me in a good mood for the rest of the day.

We had quite a complex order, and both Karen and Deborah could not have been more helpful, even after we made changes at the last minute.
