MyTub kept me informed of the progress of my order at all times and although the order was not received by the estimated delivery date originally provided I felt that MyTub were genuine in their apologies and doing their best to expedite delivery. I couldnt be more pleased with either the service or the quality of the product I have received. The packing of the fragile items was absolutely superb now I only have to get rid of the MOUNTAIN of polystyrene bits which really did their job. The delivery by City Link far exceeded that offered by unreliable myHermes, so I sincerely hope My Tub sticks with this courier.
I was also impressed with the quickness with which my initial email enquiry was dealt..... a reply within about 10mins or so, gives a brilliant impression of the kind of service that an eventual order will receive.
I will not hesitate to recommend MY Tub to anyone, especially as I have just noticed the Price Match offer on the website.

Your 7-10 day delivery was way out,almost had to cancel. Then the
incorrect item was delivered, after a bit of research i found this was down
to City Plumbing who eventually supplied the cistern. Your people very
helpful and most of all kept me informed as to what was happening. Good
communication counts for a lot,no problems with buying from My Tub in the
future.
