The service was excellent in terms of delivery arrangements - everything came very quickly and at the time we were told it would come. Very slow and your updates were a waste of time as they contained no tangable information.
We waited and waited and all we were told was an estimated delivery date andor that our order was overdue. This went on for weeks.
Not very good, doubt Id use you again.
