Everything handled by My Tub was superb, order placing, order acceptance and delivery schedule exactly as promised and required. Shame their supplier Jaccuzi were not as good, correct bath, but wrong installation instructions and drawing, and I believe incorrect installation kit as well. checked with Christine who arranged correct drawing or something close by, I asked Jaccuzi for information on installation kit, still waiting for a reply. So designed own fitting kit and fitted successfully, plastic front and side panels not as drawing supplied, so not going to use, anyone want a Jaccuzi 1500 bath front and side panel, going cheap !!

Thank you for keeping in touch throughout the process of ordering this obsolete model, from factory in England, to safe delivery, Wednesday as promised, at warehouse in Paisley. I was very suspicious it would not arrive or their would be vagueness as to the order in the warehouse, which would have meant an irate husband, who had made a 25 minute boat journey and motorway drive, calling me to "deal with it". That scenario did not happen and the young gentleman at the warehouse carried the heavy basin to the car boot without being asked. Thank you for your calls on the morning as promised, your frequent e-mails, and your courtesy . Well done team Mytub, and all you kind young people, your Mums should be proud of you. Special thanks to Christine for sorting out our problem with a broken handle on a Grohe shower mixer valve. She provided an excellent service chasing up the manufacturers and keeping us informed of what was happening. I was able to pick up the part and fit it successfully. Many thanks.

I normally dont make the time to write reviews when I get good service but this time I couldnt excuse myself as these guys were EXCEPTIONAL!
The goods I ordered off the very clean on-line ordering process were unfortunately no longer available and the communication of that fact was both timely and professional. Not only that, the Team at My Tub tried to present some alternatives to consider which at first didnt meet my expectations.
They went away and researched some more for me, and presented an alternative which I then went for and they were duly ordered with an expectation of 6-8 week delivery given they were a special item.
I got an email and a telephone message 3 days ago saying they were now ready for dispatch and would be sent the very next day. They turned up as promised

Service was impeccable - could not ask for a better service.
The item I wanted was organised when I wanted it and it was available for collection locally saving me any delivery charges.
Your staff took the trouble to find the item and arrange for the collection locally.
Bathroom and kitchen works are complete now but if you sell televisions please let me know!!

Delivery took longer then estimated but MY TUB staff were helpful and send me a copy of manual instructions and dimensions of the item so I could do some works before installing an item.
