Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. Good service and good communication from start to finish. I have to admit that I was sceptical that the company would refund the delivery charge if I collected the item myself from a nearby plumbing supplier. But they did on the day I picked it up.
