Item not in stock so I was disappointed with the delivery time but, otherwise, service and communication was good.

Order processed very quickly and great communication about my order. Arrived within the week, good service!

Good customer service and helpful contact - when it became clear you couldnt supply the original panels I wanted and to be honest, I thought they might have been discontinued you offered me options and quickly processed the new order and partial refund. You were also courteous while I was asking what turned out to be a foolish question! : Your supplier rang me promptly to arrange delivery, which was in the timeframe specified. Thanks!

I have found your service especially that of your technical department, helpful, knowledgeble and where you did not know the answers you went out of your way to find them - Thank you.
I have also found your delivery service and customer care very professional.

Very satisfied customer. You obviously had some problems with your supplier but kept me informed throughout. Would certainly recommend.

Great service and prices, but would welcome the option of a fast delivery service e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery, they will get any parcel most places in the UK, including Aberdeen before 12 noon the next day. The lack of this service meant I had to go to someone else for the electrodes I would otherwise have bought from yourselves.
