Not delivered on time, as for some reason item left off van.
However, customer services dealt with it quickly and efficiently, calling me back to keep me updated. Item was then delivered the next day.

I duly ordered this part and was so pleased with the service I received and took the trouble to comment on your excellent service at that time. Imagine all the hustle and bustle of the Christmas period, delays, etc. with transport generally - BUT - your firm came up trumps and delivered the spare part before Christmas - much sooner than expected, particularly when the delivery date was projected for January. We were let down badly by another supplier and needed our high cistern urgently because we had fitters already on site. MyTub were great - unlike other suppliers, I was able to talk to an actual human who confirmed they had the part and was able to give an accurate delivery estimate, which was a big relief. In the end, they beat their estimate by a couple of days - it arrived the next day. Would totally use MyTub again.
