Order was not delivered on the day specified in the order update e-mail which was very inconvenient as someone had to wait in all day. However when we raised this issue we did receive a quick response and the sink arrived the next day. The sink is great and as described although we were a little surprised that it arrived with no protective packaging. Although there was a delay in your obtaining the items I ordered, I was kept advised of progress with the order and it was delivered on the day promised once you had sourced the components.
Perhaps when there is going to be such a delay in this case 16 October to 11 November it might be fairer not to collect payment until nearer the known delivery date.
Overall I have found your service to be a good standard.
