Very helpful and accomodating, but a little difficult to contact directly via email, except through the notes page. Altogether a very positive experience however.

After trawling through their website, I eventually found what I ordered. I was instructed to E-mail them to obtain a delivery date. They responded that they no longer stocked that product. The order was efficiently processed. communications were excellent. The items were delivered at the time indicated. The handling was appropriate for the fragility of the products in question.
Thank you.

Placing the order was simple enough and the item was well priced.
What I found most disappointing though, was the absolutely crap service provided by your designated supplier and the fact it took three attempts to get it delivered, in this case, Plumb Centre, Poole.
As a result and given that you are not supplying direct, its somewhat doubtful that Id use your services again.
