Very good prices and service, let down by a long delivery time. My order was placed just before Christmas so didnt expect delivery before early January. However I was disappointed to have to wait over 4 weeks from order to receive the goods. Apart from this the service is excellent, and I was kept informed - although this was often of ever lengthening expected delivery dates! A tracking service once goods are on the way would be a helpful addition. I would use this supplier again, as long as a short lead time is not essential.

I have only been using a computer fora month so it is all a steep learning curve to me at 80years of age. This was my first attempt to order on line and iwas learning on the go! However I did manage the order "eventually" and found it easy once I mastered the art so your programme must be user friendly or I couldnt have worked it out. Excellent service. I placed an order for a toilet seat, having never used you before. Received a phone call within minutes checking I had ordered the right item as there are different sizes available. Having confirmed item was correct it was delivered 2 days later. Very pleased.

Quality products at a reasonable cost. Items were delivered as soon as they were available from manufacturer. 1 of 6 items found to be damaged but was immediately organised to be replaced.
Overall a Good service and good communications by Mytub and i would use again.

I was very impressed with the service given my MyTub. As I was moving and it was a bit complicated with delivery I was worried that things would go wrong but they didnt. I could always get through to somebody straight away on the telephone who was knowledgeable about the situation and all went smoothly.
I am so pleased with the Katell Galaxy fireplace. It is just as described and looks really good in my new home. Thank you for your customer service.

I have been trying to get this part for 2 months and have been persistently let down, including being fobbed off by the manufacturer, I ordered it from my Tub and it arrived within 8 days! Nothing short of miraculous!
I cannot recommend this company highly enough, my first stop from now on.
