Although my order could not be completed as quickly as we might both have hoped, I was kept informed about progress and the items were delivered by your transport just under 3 weeks after the order was placed.

I found the whole experience of ordering form you very efficient. The order confirmation, updates and delivery were all sufficiently detailed and prompt. Packaging was adequate and the delivery operative polite and well presented.

Thank You. An excellent Service, with constant updates keeping me informed. A speedy delivery. The free delivery over £25.00 is a sale clincher. Highly Recommended. Top of my links from now on.

Proactive response from MyTub team as I had incorrectly ordered the wrong colour to begin with - many thanks.
Final delivery notification only came through on the morning of the delivery but was the day that had been given as an estimate. An approximate time would have been useful extra information.
All in all a god experience
