Thank you. Order arrived safely. Although later then expected you kept me informed at every step which was much apretiated. Thanks for sterling service.

The processing of the order was very good, with excellent communications over alternative parts etc. The delivery cost was astronomical, and when a massive lorry turned up to deliver a single valve i could understand why. The carbon footprint must have been massive too! Why didnt you stick it in the post

Very happy with product ordered, but was not very happy with paying £12.50 for postage seeing as I ordered on 18 Dec 2010 and only received item 5 Jan 2011.

Product was as ordered delivery very prompt but packaging excessive which results in very exspensive postage cost for very tiny object
