We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. Communication was excellent giving me updates however I was given two delivery dates that were not fullfilled and I had to ring up every time to ask for confirmation of delivery. I eventually received the goods on the 3rd proposed delivery date.

You might widen your delivery options. Small parcels like mine could be delivered at a price of less than £3, especially if there is no rush.

The first delivery date offered, was, in my view far too long especially as the order was paid for up front.
