Great service. Picked up on my comment in the order about urgency of the order and then contacted me to offer an express delivery service which meant that I received the order on the date required. Very helpful service.

Service has been very good, and there was someone on the end of the phone for advice about the items I wanted to buy. One small item missing from the delivered order arrived the next day with no fuss. Website was straightforward with information about items so could check everything was exactly what I wanted and Mytub very responsive to emails sent from their www asking for delivery information.

The price was good but the service was some of the worst I have had shopping on line. One broken promise after another. If I had not progressed the order by phone I would probably still be waiting!
You need to get your act together, I will never use Mytub again.

No excuses, all I can see looking at the order is we chased this up with the
manufacture a lot. We gave up & got in from another branch which meant it
had to go through several sets of hands.

long delivery time, but the part was good value and quality. Good communications throughout. I was surprised it didnt come with washers but not really an issue.

As the goods are delivered buy our own guys from branch, there is no need for excessive packing, the goods are loaded and delivered to you the same day.
