I knew I would have trouble trying to find the bathroom accessories as they were unavailable anywhere! However MyTub found the towel ring amongst their stock! They kept me informed of there search and the great outcome! They could have just said, sorry out of stock, discontinued, but no, they didnt give up and found the item!

Great service. Fast and efficient. However, the box the item arrived in was 10 times bigger than the item. The item was marked “fragile†- but there was no packing in the box to prevent it banging about inside it. Photo available if wanted.
