first class service right up to the point of delivery... the delivery guy was in my wife's words "the rudest delivery, i have ever had", the guy just grunted "sign ere..." my wife then asked if he had a pen and he just said "no".... he then mopped off to the van and then put the package on the floor by the door and walked off!!!! seriously no manners.... sorry to say this would put me off using you again.

I am pleased with the shower tray as it is a good product at a great price. I was unhappy with the delivery. It was initially set up for the Wednesday then changed to the Thursday. I took the Thu off and it did not arrive. It also did not arrive on the Friday luckily I was home!!!. When I called I was told there was a problem with the drivers hours and I would get it on the Monday but at any time up to 1800. As I had a plumber arriving first thing Monday this was no good. the water heater arrived yesterday with major parts missing the metal casing is scratched and dented - the box that it arrived in was very battered and looked like it had been opened and resealed. rang mytub straight away and was told that I would be sent a returns label to return the damaged goods, but I do hope a replacement water heater is also on its way.

It arrived on the day stated, three was in good order, however the fixing clips and seal were not present. Delivery driver was informed as it came from Wolsey parts center, said he would get one sent out but am still waiting for it. Luckily I was able to use the clips of the existing sink. Very poor.

Thank you for the toilet handle it works perfectly. The wait was a bit long but
acceptable. I think you should add the vat on before adding the postage.
It beats having to have a new toilet fitted.
