This is the second time I have purchased through Mytub, and I have to say the service is excellent. There was a slight delay with the order, as it was an older part, so had to be requested from one of their branches, nevertheless, I received an email everyday with and update and dispatch details, and then a follow up to ensure I had received it. I will definitely use Mytub again, and would recommend them to anyone. Additionally, the item I ordered was expensive, however, Mytub was also the cheapest site to order from. 5 stars!

I have recently received this order exactly on the day predicted - about 10 days after ordering, as warned.
It was a Vaillant VR61 mixer module. This communicates with the boiler eBUS and allows control of the domestic hot water valve at a high temp if required, and of TWO central heating zone valves. It replaced in my case a VR65 which will only do ONE central heating zone valve. This was unused though I had opened it to look at, but Mytub agreed to take it back with a 15% handling charge deduction if I packed it up in original packing. Very good of them, I thought.

The delivery arrived eventually although there were some delays caused by a lack of stock and I was somewhat suprised to get a call on the delivery day from The Plumb Centre asking when I would be in to accept the delivery, I assumed that this item would be delivered by post. The delivery was made a couple of days later and once I had retrieved it from the bottom of our recycling bin I was eventually in a position to fit it.
the fitting of the new hinge to the existing toilet set was complicated somewhat by both the new brackets and the screws being of different sizes to the originals. Due to this I ended up having to use both the existing hinge brackets and the existing screws which annoyed my slightly as I ended up throwing away brand new items that I had just bought. 1st Class service and extremely fast delivery. My local shop said they could not supply replacement coals aerator tubes for my gas fire because they were very fragile and always arrived broken. Well these were extremely well packed on bubble wrap and arrived in first class condition. All the coals matched up exactly with the layout diagram.
