Had a slight problem with one of the fittings of the product I purchased, which was sorted out very well and quickly by a combination of MyTub and Twyford.
I would wholeheartedly recommend MyTub.

I will be buying through MyTub again. I appreciated the personal touch when there was a query about the delivery of the items I had ordered. Items arrived as promised and in perfect condition. Many thanks.

Order completed, very satisfied. I was able to obtain information promptly and updates were fine but I had to prompt to asscertan that the expected delivery was infact to be the actual, the day before delivery was due.
I would recomend and will use again provided the price is right.
Thanks.

Very prompt replies. Good service. Slow despatch explained by company. However I felt the price for postage was exorbitant and would not shop again for this reason.
