The first time round, the combustion matrix I ordered arrived broken, but a few days later a replacement one was waiting for me at the collection point. Very pleased with the service provided. Thank you to all concerned.

Many thanks for the prompt efficient service we had almost given up on finding this spare part given its age but luckily you had it in stock

Excellent service. One fragile item arrived damaged, it was replaced next day. I will certainly recommend you.

My order was delivered by Plumb Centre, Ipswich on date given. The fragile gaskets were undamaged but could have been better protected with a stiffening layer of cardboard. There was a bonus: 4 reels of PTFE tape which I had not ordered! Any ideas who missed out
Thanks anyway. Regards. Keith

Thanks for the excellent service, I collected the goods from the local suppliers as you suggested to prevent delivery charges and everything went smoothly. Your customer service is especially good and not as common as you would expect nowadays so thanks again.
