Extremely pleased with the product which is good quality and just right for our needs in the bathroom. My Tub were very good at keeping us updated with when the product was being delivered just a pity there was a bit of a wait for it to be supplied. When it did come it was via a Plumb Store, Epsom lorry which is local to us!! despite ordering from MyTub in Tyne & Wear!!!! ...Mrs. Jennifer Naylor

Service very good and the website easy to use. Parts in stock this time so received quickly. Unfortunately waterless urinal spares are expensive but thats not the fault of the supplier. While Id consider buying off you again, I was disappointed that the order price quoted was not the final price charged due to what I considered rather high shipping costs.
It also took some time from placing the initial order to actually getting it. The part could probably have been sent by standard royal mail for a fraction of the cost and I would have received it just as quickly.
My only advice to improve your online business would be to investigate mail and shipping options in an effort to reduce costs to the purchaser. Just ringing a courier is never going to be the most cost effective method.
