A first class service was provided by your staff. You sent me updates about my order and the items delivered were exactly what I needed to fix 2 leaking radiator valves. Having searched high and low for the type of radiator valves fitted in my house I was extremely happy when I found mytub on the internet. Fantastic service! I needed a part for a boiler and the website search allowed me to find it very quickly - it seemed quite rare on other sites. Not only that but the price was excellent and free delivery included! I tried to phone the order in but was told the site was down but to email for a delivery estimate and then order online. I noted the urgency since it was January and that I have a young family. The part arrived within 24 hours and the boiler was fired up and working properly within 25!
