I have used my tub a few of times now and have had a very good service every time. Products are dispatched promptly and communication via emails is excellent and the staff know all about their products. I am always happy to use my tub.

Hi. Just to confirm that I received my order on Friday 24 October 2014. The only comment that I would want to make is that I expected confirmation that the delivery date of 24 October was to be the actual date. However, I had to phone to find out that this was the case.

First class helpful service. I was looking for a part that may companies had said was obsolete, however MyTub, quickly sourced one and dispatched it. From order to delivery, very smooth, simple and straight forward transaction, would highly recommend. 22 days from date of order was far longer than expected. Maybe you should indicate that goods are out of stockex stock at the point of order.
