Couldnt identify the part I wanted from the website code numbers no images to compare so I sent an e-mail with all the nameplate details and the part was successfully sourced from the burner manufacturer even though the burner is 18 years old and this model is no longer manufactured. Good experience and very good personal service from Rachel re delivery date which was given as 12th and she has managed it for 8th, however many sites offer next day delivery and I would probably in future shop elsewhere as the wait is quite long and we need product now.
