Took 3 weeks to deliver. To be fair, communications were good, but for an online seller claiming that items were in stock and delivery in 2-3 days, the overall service was pretty poor. Under the circumstances, i would have expected more of an apology or discount off next order - otherwise i might as well go to my local plumbing centre next time.

Ordering straightforward and simple. Item arrived when advised. Service was efficient and communication effective. Thank you I will use again.

I selected your services based on your communications access having experienced another supplier with no phone access and very slow email response.
