First impression counts! I telephoned this company to enquire if they could supply me with a high efficiency, fast recovery Grade 1 copper Cylinder with 28mm coil, constructed for thicker copper sheet 1.7mm2mm rather than normally produced copper thickness cylinders.
The company representative who took my initial enquiry was very competent, quick to grasp what I wanted, he suggested options for me to consider, then rang me back within an hour to provide me with a detailed quotation inclusive of delivery. I accepted the quotation and asked for representatives to contact me to arrange payment, and subsequently provide me with prior notification of the delivery date.

Our Rada shower tap arrived today May 11th, three days later than predicted and 27 days following our order which was placed on April 14th. The produce is excellent but the delivery time was excessive and, if this is normal, should be indicated beside the illustration on your website. Yes I have now received my motorised valve but not without a hic up ! I appears that some where alone the process of sending me the valve my delivery address was manually transferred or maybe read from a post code. I gave you the address of Bucksburn Academy and the package was addressed Bucksburn Clinic. I was good fortune that you put my mobile phone number on the parcel and some kind health visitor called it!
Any how I am pleased with the valve and will not hesitate to use you again because your pricing is good and the delivery is quick potentially!.

Goods received well packaged and intact. Because they arrived later than I expected 13 days after order I will not have time to assemble and install before going on holiday so cannot comment on quality of product yet. I was well informed about the progress of the order and received a telephone call to check and confirm the delivery date which was useful.
