I am pleased with the shower tray as it is a good product at a great price. I was unhappy with the delivery. It was initially set up for the Wednesday then changed to the Thursday. The 1st order there were 2 cover seats and they were both broken. I sent them back immediately. The 2nd order got lost, then Christmas and New Year stopped process and finally the seat cover arrived. So fr so good.

Thank you for your excellent service! My items arrived in good order and in a timely fashion. The price was competitive and your brilliant staff even managed to discount the shipping below the original quote. You made what could have been a difficult and expensive international transaction simple and pleasant. I will tell my friends.
