Delevery took a very long time

Our initial order was mislaid by the carrier and therefore arrived later than predicted. However I have been very impressed by your handling of the whole matter. Prompt action and excellent feedback. Well done.

Great service, delivered on date specified although quicker delivery would have been appreciated as only have one toilet.
Good communication and quick reply to emails.
Thanks will recommend to friends and use again

My tub were quick and efficient at processing my order also
Were very good at keeping me informed of the status of the
Order
The only thing I felt a little misleading on the Internet
Was they put in big bold type the price of one carbon brush
As the price I thought was a pair as you usually buy brushes
In pairs, so I had to pay more postage and ring for the other
Brush.

Service was good and I would use you again. You tried to deliver the same item twice, which is clearly better than not delivering at all!
