The website desktop version used made it easy to find the product required. All the information needed to make a decision on purchase was displayed. Once the order was placed I was disappointed to find that the product was not available for prompt delivery and the email I received indicated that an order could be placed at additional cost of £6 VAT which I was not prepared to pay so asked for my order to be cancelled. I was then contacted by a very helpful lady, Christine, so said that a purchase order could be placed at no additional cost so my order was not cancelled. Shortly after that I received notification that the product would be delivered on a specified day which indeed it was. I would definitely recommend MyTub to friends and family. They had the best prices and best customer service. Christine was a super star. She contacted me to make sure my order was correct. She also sent me e-mail to let me know when I would expect my delivery. 55 stars.

Was sent an email saying it would be 14 days delivery, it arrived the next day so that was good, but clearly don't really know what's going on. Delivery costs quite pricey for something that costs less than a £1 to post.

An excellent service. The part arrived as advised and it was simplicity itself to pick up. Thank you we shall use this service again.

Although I find the service you provide in responding to, and following up on, orders to be very good, your website is most confusing. There is far too much peripheral clutter, but where precise detail matters, as in giving sufficient detail of individual items available (the different types of P trap lavatory, for example), there is only the vaguest information. Thus I ended up ordering the wrong type of lavatory for my existing system. My plumber will work his way round this, but all the same I feel let down.

We ordered a toilet seat which we believe is now discontinued, with my tub.co.uk and although it took some time before delivery they kept me informed at all times and the order arrived as promised. The item was as described, well packed and easily fitted. I would recommend the company and would use again.
