Thank you for your service. Unfortunately I misunderstood the web page and placed the order for what I assumed was a concealed cistern complete with lever, when it was for the lever only. Having waited in all day I received a phone call from the carrier stating that you had sent 1 by 1 unit instead of 1 by 4 pack of water filters. Is this correct. They also state that delivery will be some time tomorrow. Apart from this problem it has been a pleasure dealing with you. I appreciate being kept informed as to order updates
