Decided to purchase the required item at mytub due to the very cheap cost, mytub easily undercut Bristan by approx £35-40 (I am now beginning to wonder how Bristan can justify their high charges). The service and the communications were good.
The items were ready for collection as promised.
I am happy with the service provided.
The turnaround time for information on stock availability could be a little quicker.

Good service again. Got the items on time.
