When I called Mytub to make a product inquiry they were very courteous and found me the answers to my questions. Although my order was delivered 1 day behind schedule they gave me ample notice of this and kept me up-to-date on what was happening with my order. Brilliant service. Easy to order, came slightly quicker than initially estimated but with confirmatiuon of delivery day by e-mail ahead of the time meant no problem. Price was good, too! Would use you again on this experience.

Great service and prices, but would welcome the option of a fast delivery service e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery, they will get any parcel most places in the UK, including Aberdeen before 12 noon the next day. The lack of this service meant I had to go to someone else for the electrodes I would otherwise have bought from yourselves.
