OMG the service received from mytub has been amazing. Having ordered the incorrect item Laurie was so helpful in chasing the supplier, copying me in on the regular chaser emails. Only complaint would be ridiculously high delivery charge. Over £12 for a jiffy bag through standard post hurt.
