Overall a good service. I would recommend it to others and use it again.
Website is clear and easy to follow, the different part number was clearly shown as the correct replacement for what I needed.
The part availability request was answered promptly the request for a suitable fitter took a little longer but was still OK.
Delivery time was reasonable, but it did arrive one day early good, but would have been annoying if Id made special arrangements for accepting the delivery.
My only criticism is of the confirmation emails. Some were sent in duplicate, which would have been confusing if Id had several different items on order. And one confirmation of despatch arrived after the part had been delivered and fitted!

The lid on the loo seat broke but I could not find the correct replacement for ages

Found the right part
Spoke to someone helpful who explained how to remove the old seat and lid which I did while he was on the phone giving instructions
Bought the part, it arrived quickly and is fitted

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. I can say without a shadow of doubt the ease of dealing with your company was unbelievable, at every turn Your team kept me informed and answered my questions within 1 to 2 hours, you managed to source parts when the manufacturer could not and when you said things would arrive they did. Service is great - you were the only source of this item I could find. The price charged by Terrain however is ludicrous. £60 for what is in effect a PVC frisbee. I have only had to buy this to replace a broken cover for a gully that has been installed some years ago. The price means I’ll never install Terrain or Polypipe again.
