Thank you for your delivery which arrived on Thursday 21st February. It was a very efficient service when it came through. However I found your information confusing as the picture shown was what I wanted but I ordered the wrong item because it was the first on the list because I had spoken to an efficient operator , Christine,she corrected the mistake. Please could someone advise me that what sort of period can you offer on guarantee
Does this part come from Ideal Standard or from third party
For example, there some changes on colour, its grey,and not white finish, from its exsiting and original part and the bar looks slimmer, and its down size on the actual blue float.

goods have been ordered direct from the manufactures (ideal) there code for the item is SV81767. Ideal have advised that system fittings have a 5 year warranty.

Never heard of this site before, stumbled upon it whilst trying to find a relatively unknown shower screen.
