We ordered the lavatory pan late on a Thursday and it was delivered early the following Monday morning. Our builder examined it and was very pleased with quality of it. Installation is now complete and I am veery pleased with my new cloakroom. Thank you for your prompt service and delivery.
Yours faithfully,
Mrs. C.S. Petrie.

Item not in stock so I was disappointed with the delivery time but, otherwise, service and communication was good.

Very efficient service. You telephoned with an approximate time the order would be delivered and I received it well before that time. I will certainly use you again if the need arises

The service has been fantastic. One of the products I needed was no longer available but Christine sourced an alternative from the manufacturer very quickly and amended my order. I was kept in touch with what was happening all the time. The order came on the exact date I was given I was out, but the delivery company have been equally good, easy to contact to re-arrange delivery.Everything has been so easy. I have already recommended you to other people.
Many thanks for a great personal service
