good service, quick to reply to messages, only suggestion is that the boxes are clearly labelled for the attention of a person and not a company and therefore not getting misplaced
but other wise a good service will use again

Thank you for keeping in touch throughout the process of ordering this obsolete model, from factory in England, to safe delivery, Wednesday as promised, at warehouse in Paisley. I was very suspicious it would not arrive or their would be vagueness as to the order in the warehouse, which would have meant an irate husband, who had made a 25 minute boat journey and motorway drive, calling me to "deal with it". That scenario did not happen and the young gentleman at the warehouse carried the heavy basin to the car boot without being asked. Thank you for your calls on the morning as promised, your frequent e-mails, and your courtesy . Well done team Mytub, and all you kind young people, your Mums should be proud of you. I have used my tub a few of times now and have had a very good service every time. Products are dispatched promptly and communication via emails is excellent and the staff know all about their products. I am always happy to use my tub.

ordered item all seemed well told 7-10 day waiting online staff were very helpful but near 4 weeks later still waiting told item will be with me now in 5 days at most not convinced yet
