My order was delivered by Plumb Centre, Ipswich on date given. The fragile gaskets were undamaged but could have been better protected with a stiffening layer of cardboard. There was a bonus: 4 reels of PTFE tape which I had not ordered! Any ideas who missed out Thanks anyway. Regards. Keith

Thats a bit sneaky as other suppliers tell you before you place the order and give an estimated delivery date.
