I was happy with the ordering process and the items I received but thought that the P&P was very high for such a small lightweight item! (£5.99?)

Excellent service, my product was discontinued and the team went out of their way to source a replacement, keeping me informed by telephone and email.
Thanks, will definitely use you again in the future.

Fast delivery of item. Not too impressed with this analyser and needed to return as faulty.
The process of getting in touch with Mytub is a bit convoluted but after one ignored email and then a phone call I was directed to email through 'My Account' This was not obvious but once sussed out led to a quick exchange and a returns form. Unfortunately you are expected to pay returns postage which on this item amounted to over £3 as it had to be recorded.
Not sure how long a replacement will take.
All in all its a bit of a pain when the item needs returning but on customer service they have been polite and helpful.
