Why wasnt it packaged in a box It could have got damaged in transit. ------------- ------------------------- ---------------------------- Dear Brian This is how the goods come to us from the manufactures. As we do not use couriers services the goods are delivered with great care and no need to be packed up to withstand getting kicked around a depot. Regards MyTub
