Feedback
Goods received OK, thanks. Slightly surprised that they were loose in an open-top box. E-mail updates received from you kept me informed, but would be more useful if your notes were in reverse chronological order - with the more recent comments at the top of the e-mail rather than at the bottom. PFN. ------------- ------------------------- ------------------------- ------------- ------------- Dear Paul Thanks for your input we are looking into the notes order on the emails. As we use our own distribution system for deliveries there is no need for excessive packing as the items come from the shelf to the van then to your door, all treaded with great care. Regards Steve Marshall

Excellent Service, all received, and very happy.
...Alan Bull
This order was a complete disaster. I originally ordered these coals to be delivered to my door, before I was then told I had to collect them from a warehouse. That warehouse turned out to be the Plumb Center who had not got the product I had ordered, but individually wrapped coals. I have no idea if I have been overcharged for the number of coals I actually received individually rather than the number of coals contained within the bag originally ordered.
...Stuart Page
good service all-round thanks Andy
...Andy Scott - Cliftons
Well, had there not been a small hiccup I would not have discovered how helpful are your Customer Service staff [Jeanette, Rachel & Christine]. They kept in touch so I had no anxiety about what was happening and they managed to get me an equivalant item at a better price, delivered promptly. I cant comment on the quality of the new Taps - they have yet to be fitted. Thank you. DM
...David McLeod
Excellent service and product,thanks RM
...RODDY MACINTOSH
Order was delivered to a neighbour. When I received it it was sans any packaging other than being in an opened plastic bag, but appears to be complete 5 individual items with the delivery note separate.
...Charlie Morriss
Simple ordering process. Very helpful staff. Obtained product relatively quickly despite problems caused by Covid 19. Low prices. Very happy.
...Arthur Elliff
Service was excellent - kept fully informed. Product fine, except that the Seat Pillars had no screw slot I had to cut my own. No problem with the website.
...Mr LDJ Clark
Excellent service!
