Laurie was brilliant. The item I wanted was obsolete but 1 was available, I couldnt order it on the website , laurie enabled it while I was on teh phone to him. The order was delivered next day and my shower doesnt leak anymore and I can turn my water on. All enabled because laurie at mytubs cared enough to sort out my £155 order. Faultless service and delighted to send this feedback

I didnt realise the part was being delivered locally by a local supplier.
Grill is OK, however, a corner weld tack isnt very robust but itll do.
Thanks.

Having this rare item in stock saved the job! The new installation now exactly matches the original that was fitted in 1932. Excellent email updates on the progress of the order.

The order was efficiently processed. communications were excellent. The items were delivered at the time indicated. The handling was appropriate for the fragility of the products in question.
Thank you.
