I ordered an Astracast sink on Monday evening and it was delivered Friday morning. Im happy with that turnaround time, however the sink didnt have a waste kit with it. Hello Mr Adamson
I am sorry but you should have been informed of the charge just after your order came through so you could have made an informed desicion. We only deliver free to the main land and this charge would have been unavoideable. Sorry again for the way this took place I am investigating who this came about.
Regards
Steve Marshall

We had quite a complex order, and both Karen and Deborah could not have been more helpful, even after we made changes at the last minute.
