Thank you very much Christine for searching for the part I needed urgently and arranging for me to pick it up from the closest depot. The part is now fitted within a few hours of contacting you. Thanks for keeping me informed thoughout.

BRILLIANT SERVICE!!! Kept us informed all along the way and you have helped Adlington Hall keep warm at a very crucial time for a Grade 1 listed building. Thank you and hope we do business again. Merry Christmas

Overall a good service. I would recommend it to others and use it again.
Website is clear and easy to follow, the different part number was clearly shown as the correct replacement for what I needed.
The part availability request was answered promptly the request for a suitable fitter took a little longer but was still OK.
Delivery time was reasonable, but it did arrive one day early good, but would have been annoying if Id made special arrangements for accepting the delivery.
My only criticism is of the confirmation emails. Some were sent in duplicate, which would have been confusing if Id had several different items on order. And one confirmation of despatch arrived after the part had been delivered and fitted!
