Having waited in all day I received a phone call from the carrier stating that you had sent 1 by 1 unit instead of 1 by 4 pack of water filters. Is this correct. I have used your company twice to purchase new toilet seats for our GP Practice. On both occasions the website was easy to use and the delivery was very quick, I would not hesitate to use your company again or to recommend you to other people, I have received excellent service.

This order turned out to be a long drawn out affair as I was after a discontinued basin. The first one turned up damaged, the second one was the wrong item, the third one was correct. MyTub kept me fully informed of the situation throughout the process and we got there in the end resulting in my customer being very happy.
